Terms of Use

1. What Faceless Talk is

Faceless Talk is a temporary room-based communication tool. Users may enter a room using a shared phrase and PIN. Faceless Talk provides communication tools only. It is not a marketplace, broker, escrow service, transaction platform, verification service, legal service, financial service, medical service, emergency service, investigation service, or safety service.

2. User responsibility

You are solely responsible for everything you post, upload, share, say, offer, arrange, request, rely on, or do through or because of Faceless Talk. Other users may post content that is false, misleading, offensive, unsafe, unlawful, incomplete, or unreliable.

Hidden Orbit LLC is not responsible for user-generated content, user conduct, user claims, user identities, user arrangements, user offers, user actions, off-platform communications, meetings, transactions, losses, injuries, damages, disputes, or decisions made based on anything seen in a room.

3. No reliance on room content

You agree not to rely on messages, cards, photos, links, external websites, listings, offers, events, recommendations, claims, statements, or information in Faceless Talk as verified, safe, legal, accurate, complete, private, confidential, or trustworthy. Any action you take based on room content is at your own risk.

4. No verification or endorsement

Faceless Talk does not verify, endorse, approve, monitor, investigate, guarantee, or recommend users, messages, cards, photos, links, external websites, listings, offers, events, claims, statements, identities, opportunities, payments, buyers, sellers, meetings, or transactions.

5. User conduct rules

You agree that you will not use Faceless Talk to:

• • harass, threaten, abuse, stalk, intimidate, shame, bully, exploit, deceive, or target another person;
• • post hate speech, slurs, sexual harassment, violent threats, degrading content, or explicit sexual content;
• • post scams, fraud, deceptive offers, fake listings, fake events, misleading claims, phishing, malware, or credential requests;
• • post illegal content, encourage illegal activity, sell illegal goods, coordinate weapons activity, or promote controlled substances;
• • post private information about yourself or others, including phone numbers, addresses, emails, financial information, IDs, passwords, health information, or sensitive documents;
• • exploit, endanger, sexualize, target, identify, contact, groom, or solicit minors;
• • impersonate another person, misrepresent yourself, or falsely claim verification, authority, affiliation, ownership, availability, or safety;
• • use room information to identify, contact, expose, shame, track, pressure, manipulate, exploit, or harm another person;
• • copy, scrape, archive, publish, repost, screenshot, distribute, or use room content outside the room in a harmful, deceptive, unauthorized, or unlawful way;
• • bypass filters, upload limits, room limits, expiration rules, moderation tools, security controls, or access restrictions;
• • attack, overload, reverse-engineer, interfere with, crawl, scrape, spam, automate, or disrupt Faceless Talk.

6. No abuse agreement

By entering a room, you agree to use Faceless Talk respectfully and lawfully. You agree that you will not abuse, threaten, harass, exploit, deceive, dox, defame, intimidate, stalk, shame, target, or harm another user.

You also agree that you will not use anything you read in a room to identify, contact, expose, shame, track, pressure, manipulate, exploit, or harm another person.

7. Temporary rooms and records

Rooms are designed to expire after approximately 5 days, or sooner if removed, disabled, restricted, or deleted. Even when rooms expire, some information may remain for a period of time in backups, logs, reports, abuse-prevention systems, technical systems, legal compliance records, or platform-protection records.

8. No confidentiality or guaranteed privacy

Do not treat any room as confidential, private, secure, or anonymous. Anyone with the phrase and PIN may be able to enter. Users may copy, screenshot, record, save, repeat, publish, or share what they see. Faceless Talk is not responsible for what users do with information they receive in a room.

9. User content license

You keep any rights you have in content you submit. By using Faceless Talk, you give Hidden Orbit LLC permission to host, store, process, transmit, display, review, moderate, remove, preserve, and use your content as needed to operate, protect, maintain, improve, and enforce the service.

10. Moderation

Hidden Orbit LLC may use automated filters, technical restrictions, reports, blocking, hiding, manual review, preservation, disclosure, or other moderation tools. We may remove content, hide messages, block participants, restrict rooms, preserve records, or suspend access at our discretion. We are not required to monitor every room and do not guarantee that all harmful content will be removed.

11. No emergency use

Faceless Talk is not for emergencies. Do not use it to report urgent threats, crimes, medical emergencies, or safety emergencies. Contact emergency services directly.

12. No warranty

Faceless Talk is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee that the service will be secure, uninterrupted, error-free, private, anonymous, accurate, available, or free from unwanted, offensive, harmful, false, illegal, or abusive content.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Hidden Orbit LLC and its owners, members, managers, employees, contractors, vendors, service providers, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns are not responsible or liable for user-generated content, user conduct, reliance on room content, off-platform communication, meetings, transactions, listings, offers, events, payments, losses, injuries, damages, disputes, claims, or consequences arising from or related to use of Faceless Talk.

14. Termination

We may restrict, block, remove, suspend, or terminate access at any time if we believe a user violated these Terms, created risk, abused the service, harmed the platform, or harmed others.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of Faceless Talk after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
